7. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of goods remains with Elixir Peptides until full payment has been received.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to you once delivery has been confirmed to the address provided, a safe place, or an authorised recipient.

8. Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your order is delayed or missing, we will investigate with the courier before issuing a replacement or refund.

Any replacement or refund will only be processed once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.

If a refunded or replaced parcel later arrives, you must notify us and either return the goods or arrange payment.

For parcels marked as delivered but reported missing, we may request supporting evidence such as a police report before proceeding.

9. Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, we reserve the right to provide relevant order, delivery, and communication records to the payment provider.

Where a claim is made for goods confirmed as delivered without supporting evidence, we reserve the right to recover outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels.

10. Returns

Due to the research-grade nature of our products, returns are only accepted if items arrive faulty or damaged.

Parcels returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts may be subject to an administrative and restocking fee of up to £5.
